If there’s something that everyone needs to know about, Brendan’s the man to tell them. His whole career has been about mass communications. He’s advised P&G, Mars, General Foods and HM Government. Back in 1988, he ran Lord Young’s DTI campaign to popularise the Single European Union, now acknowledged as one of the most successful government campaigns ever. A year later, Margaret Thatcher appointed him as Director of Communications for the Conservative Party. He worked closely with her and successive Party chairman on all aspects of image making. Now a private consultant, he’s the author of Images of Power, the seminal study of political marketing.
